We are more than excited to be giving away an event at The Merrimon-Wynne! An amazing group of some of our favorite vendors have teamed up with us to create an unforgettable event for you and 50 of your closest friends and family. Thank you to each of these vendors for their generous donations and thank you to each of you who are entering!

THE MERRIMON-WYNNE HOUSE
Venue rental all day (10am - 11pm) any day Sunday through Friday.
4-Hour Beer and Wine Bar with Sparkling for 50 guests, any additional guest count over will be charged at typical cost. The cost of bar staff is based on final guest count and is required but not included.
Approximate Value: $6,300.
PLUME EVENTS
Planning: A full-service event planning package that will include assistance with planning every aspect of your special day from start to finish. The winner will be given her/his choice of three unique designs, which will be executed by the vendor team.
Plume must be available for the selected Friday through Sunday date in 2020.
Approximate Value: $4,000
Floral Design: Includes up to 8 centerpieces for guest tables, 5 bud vases for cocktail tables, 1 focal design (a ceremony backdrop, staircase or mantle installation, or large arrangement), a bridal bouquet, up to 5 bridesmaid bouquets, up to 6 boutonnieres, and two small accent arrangements. Additional items can be added by the winner at retail cost. Also included are delivery and setup and breakdown.
The types of flowers used in the designs will be up to the discretion of Plume Events, though the winner's requests will be honored when possible. Should the event not be a wedding, bouquets and boutonnieres can be substituted for items of equal value. Large-scale installations, including hanging installations, are not included but can be added by the winner at retail cost.

PERRY VAILE PHOTOGRAPHY
Any day of the week available with stipulation that if Perry receives a later booking client for the same day an associate will cover hours, and Perry will still complete the final image processing to mimic her style. Non-holiday Monday-Wednesday dates can guarantee Perry.
4.5hrs of coverage, additional hours available with Perry or an associate at typical cost.
Perry must be available for selected date and within 2020.

PARTY REFLECTIONS
Rental credit value dependent on winner’s selected date
Credit will be for rental items only. Rental items can include tables, chairs, linens, dishes, cooking equipment. Tents, fabric and other labor items are not included. Normal delivery hours are included.

$1,500 valid for any food or beverage purchase

ASHLEY CAKES
3 tier wedding cake with buttercream design that serves up to 85 guests. Delivery and cake stand rental also included.
Date Restrictions: The following dates are not available for events in 2020: May 4-11, July 1-8, November 23-29, and December 21-28. All other dates in 2020 are included in the giveaway

50 person prepackaged scoop drop-off (with option to purchase more) for event delivered in red retro coolers.

Suit cloth / fabric is based on seasonal availability and at the discretion of Glenwood South Tailors and Alterations.
