Simply Wynne was created for couples who want a beautiful and meaningful wedding without the scale, complexity or investment of a traditional celebration.
Available for select Monday through Wednesday dates, Simply Wynne offers two intentionally streamlined experiences with venue access, catering, essential rentals and dedicated venue support included.
Choose an intimate ceremony and cocktail-style gathering or enjoy the traditions of a wedding reception on a smaller scale.

A Curated All-Inclusive Wedding Experience
Wedded at Wynne brings together Merrimon-Wynne’s signature hospitality and some of Raleigh’s most trusted wedding professionals in one seamless experience.
Available for select Monday-Thursday dates, these customizable packages include the venue, bar service, planning, catering and rentals at exclusive package pricing. Couples can also add curated floral and entertainment options to create a celebration that feels distinctly their own.

Intimate Raleigh Weddings, Thoughtfully Simplified: Simply Wynne
Simply Wynne offers two ways to gather with your closest family and friends at The Merrimon-Wynne House. Both experiences are designed around simplified planning, curated selections and an intentionally intimate guest count.
Rather than building every component of the wedding from the ground up, couples select from thoughtfully prepared timelines, layouts and menus. Optional enhancements allow you to personalize the pieces that matter most to you.
The Elopement
Ceremony and Cocktail Hour
Our Elopement package is designed for couples who want to keep the focus on the ceremony itself, followed by a relaxed cocktail-style celebration with family and friends.
After your ceremony, guests will enjoy a one-hour reception with passed hors d’oeuvres and stationary displays. A shorter rental period and simplified reception format provide everything needed for a meaningful wedding day—with far fewer moving pieces.

Our Micro-Wedding package is ideal for couples who want the intimacy and simplicity of a smaller celebration while still enjoying the traditions of a wedding reception.
With additional venue access, cocktail hour, a catered buffet dinner, reception seating and time for continued mingling or dancing, this package delivers a complete wedding-day experience on a more intimate scale.

A micro-wedding is an intentionally intimate wedding, typically with 50 guests or fewer. Unlike a ceremony-only elopement, a micro-wedding generally includes many elements of a traditional wedding day, such as a ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception.
Can we elope at The Merrimon-Wynne House?
Yes. Our Simply Wynne Elopement package accommodates up to 50 guests and includes a ceremony followed by a one-hour cocktail-style reception with hors d’oeuvres, giving you the opportunity to take photos onsite and celebrate with your loved ones.
Do your wedding packages include catering?
Yes. Simply Wynne packages include curated menu offerings from Rocky Top Catering. Wedded at Wynne includes specially priced catering through Rocky Top, with the ability to fully customize your menu.
Is bar service included?
Bar service is available as an optional enhancement for both Simply Wynne and Wedded at Wynne. Monday-Wednesday weddings are not subject to a bar minimum, therefore alcohol service is optional on those days. All alcohol must be provided through The Merrimon-Wynne House.
Are these packages available on weekends?
Simply Wynne is available for select Monday through Wednesday dates. Wedded at Wynne is available for select Monday through Thursday dates. Both packages are currently available for any remaining weekend dates in January and February 2027, and Wedded at Wynne is also available for any remaining weekend dates in July and August 2027. Contact our team for current availability.
Can the packages be customized?
Simply Wynne is intentionally streamlined and includes curated timelines, layouts and menus, with select optional add-ons available. Wedded at Wynne offers greater flexibility and can be customized based on your guest count, priorities and wedding vision.
What is the difference between Simply Wynne and Wedded at Wynne?
Simply Wynne is designed for intimate celebrations of up to 50 guests and provides a streamlined selection of included services. Wedded at Wynne is a more comprehensive and customizable all-inclusive wedding experience that can accommodate larger guest counts.
